I haven't made a round card in ages. The Character Cafe has a challenge to make a round card so this is what I made. I'm also entering this at PaperPlay for the Anything Goes challenge as long as you make 2 cards. Here is the second card I made for the PaperPlay Challenge.
I've been playing with my new Cuttlebug! It's a wonderful and easy machine to use. Last night I spent a couple of hours making butterflies and then embossing them with my Cuttlebug. I'm entering this card into 2 challenges:

I found this free digi at Bugaboo and just had to make a card with it. I have this great flower punch at Michaels and love using it too. I'm entering this at Colour Create for the chocolate, warm pinks and white challenge.

I received a gorgeous pocket card from a friend of mine and really wanted to see if I could make one....(the one that my friend gave me had high heels on it, love them!) Here are a few photos of my cute shoe tape dispenser and pures post it note holder! It goes very well with my highheel hammer, LOL! I spent the better part of this afternoon cleaning up and organizing my craft room. I hope I'll be able to find things when I start crafting again, LOL!

here's a card I made for my great nephew Adam who is turning 1 next month! Oh my this year has gone by so fast, LOL! The balloons, number 1 and lettering are all cut with my Cricut. I used some clear laquer on 2 of the balloons. I'm entering this at Paperplay Challenges for their theme 'your number's up'

My sister celebrated her birthday on July 8th.....yes we are a year apart with our birthdays as well as age. While we were visiting Steveston I found this darling little crystal poodle....my sister has the cutest little poodle named Joy and I thought this represented her so well, LOL! a crystal poodle I made this box to put the poodle in, the flower is from Jak's
It was my birthday on Wed July 7th. Hubby and I went to Steveston Village for the afternoon. The sun was out, it was 38 degrees but there was a great breeze so the heat didn't overwhelm us. We walked along the boardwalk, went down to see the fishing boats and all the fressh fish and seafood available to buy. We had lunch at the Charter House.....a bit too expensive for what we had and not very tastey either, LOL! Anyways we visited some of the great shops bought a few things and ate ice cream! on the boardwalk with all of the boats behind me in a shop trying on birthday candle sunglassess, oh so cute, LOL!

After spending the day in Steveston hubby took me out for dinner at The Coquitlam Grill, one of our favorite restaurants. We met up with some of our friends and had a lovely evening. they served me a strawberry cheesecake while everyone sang Happy Birthday! the cheesecake is awesome, yummmmm here's a shot of all of us

Everyone in my family knows I love shoes. This week is my birthday and hubby and I were at my dad' s last night for dinner along with my older sister & her hubby.....long story short - they gave me this adorable tape dispenser for my gift! Isn't it just the cutest thing, LOL! It will go perfectly in my craft room right next to my highheel shoe hammer!
Here's my very first try making a screen card. The card in itself was easy enough to make. It was deciding what to add to the screens that boggled my mind, LOL! I used Bella Rose designer paper from Stampin Up, cut the swirls with my Cricut using the Wedding Solutions cartridge, added a sentiment and a rose peel off....
