I love the color combo of blue and white. The background paper is some I won a couple of months ago, love it! I bought the ornament stamp at Michael's from their $1.50 bin, colored it with pencil crayons and OMS, mounted it to a dark blue circle then to a scalloped light blue circle. I'm entering this at Incy Wincy Designs for the blue and white challenge.

Lovely Blue and White
I love the color combo of blue and white. The background paper is some I won a couple of months ago, love it!
